Shipping Information

We are proud to offer global shipping to bring our curated collections of Anita, Becca, Elomi, Freya, Bleu Rod Beattie, MagicSuit, and Pour Moi directly to you.

Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.

Shipping Methods & Timelines:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment. (Please note: Asia and some remote regions are excluded from our shipping zones).

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item is unsatisfactory, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with the original tags attached within 15 days of receipt.

Important Hygiene Note: To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear bottoms or any final sale items, unless they are defective or we sent the incorrect item. This is a standard practice across the swimwear industry.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Feel free to use the template provided at the bottom of this page.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) with the tags attached and include the RMA number on the package. Ship it to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns that are not due to an error on our part.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after we process them.
  • PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately and typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days.

For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you. If your desired size or style is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method and notify you via email.
