Return & Exchange Policy Overview
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 15 days of receipt. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to feel confident and beautiful in our swimwear.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the unworn, tagged item(s) and include the RMA number on the package. Ship it to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
Refund Timeline and Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after processing.
- PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately and typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for returns that are not due to an error on our part.
Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired size or style is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. We will notify you via email if this is the case.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the highest hygiene standards, swimwear bottoms are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error. This policy is in place to protect all our customers.
